New Members!

We wold like to welcome xWEBBYxxGINGERx and BIGJOHNSON9295 to the PROC team. They both have been good friends of ours for sometime and we thought their addition to PROC would be something great! BIGJOHNSON9295 can throw his "not so JDM" El Camino around but its that different kind of style that matters, and its true that not everbody drifts an import (Sadly to say).
xWEBBYxxGINGERxx brought out his S14 and showed us how to power into some corners, he can control his car pretty well for how long hes been sliding. Were glad to bring them both to the team and we hope you will enjoy your stay.

The Real AE86 Corolla *BUILD*

PEEWEE SHOOTER1 and Bram 3640 have just bought a 1985 Toyota Corolla SR5. The plan is to strip it down and redo everything, turning it into a daily driver for PEEWEE SHOOTER1 and a track car for them both to use.

The day went good as we went to see it, PEEWEE, xWEBBYxxGINGERx and Bram 3640 went to check it out. The car was in way better shape than we had originally thought. The car had very minimal rust, frame was good and straight, chassis only had 90 000k's on it and the GTS rear end was swapped into it. It seemed like it was going to work out. The owner who was originally going to build it as an autocross car already had done some body work to it, removing rust and putting on a wide body rear fender on the passenger side. He had also got himself a 4AGE engine out of an MR2 he was going to swap into it, plus the necessary parts to do the tedious swap over. At the price we negotiated we couldn't let this thing get away from us. AE86 chassis's rare enough as it is in Southern Ontario, finding one is this great of condition was going to get by.

We then got it on our trailer we rented from U-Haul and brought it home. The tear down process was about to begin, little did we know what we were walking into. Swap over guides on the net and a couple issues of Project Car magazine were our only resources.

Heres a shot of all the parts we got with it, we have enough parts to almost put together a whole 4AGZE and a 4AGE, without the bottom end.

Our Plans Motor Wise:
Tomei street cams
HKS Adjustable Cam Gears
Ported Polished Head
Light Weight Pullys
ARP Head Studs
Aluminum Gasket
Lightened FlyWheel
ORC Clutch components
Full aftermarket exhaust (unsure what ones yet, Maybe OBX)
NGK Plug Wires
Aftermarket Valve Seals (Since 4AGE's blow them out)
T50 Toyota Supra 5-Speed Transmission
K and N Intake (Came with the Car)
Short Shifter Kit

Thats it so far, after its finished well dyno it and know what our next plan is.

The tear down began, we first took off the hood to get into the motor area, unplugging wires and tearing off parts that would get in the way when we pull the motor.

We tore off the fenders and lights, checking for unseed rust and getting it ready for swap. No rust was found thank god.

Next thing on the agenda was to tear out some interior and hack off the bolts holding on the handbrake, these were rusted to the body underneath. We then got the GTS handbrake lines done on it.

I would gladly like to welcome our friend B Regier to the team. He has shown us he has the ability to pull some powerful fast slides and his agressiveness is something he uses to his favor. Glad to have you on the team B Regier, Your Journy begins!

New Video In The Works

Our new video we have been working on for the past bit has almost come to a completion. We spent some time last week doing some last minute filming and played a good game of bumper haha ( Bumper - you keep your cars front bumper on his rear bumper and drift together without loss of control). It was alot of fun and the editing has begun

Some Touge Runs

The Team got together to do some touge testing with a few new rides. PEEWEE SHOOTER1 took out the new Sooby Legacy RS's, one lightened the hell out being a 4 door FR and the other lightly tuned. TYMAN 195 brought out his R33 that deffinatly knows whats up and his old bombed BMW while Bram 3640 was driving his trusty riveted together S13 and brought a nice Gen 2 Supra. The guys had alot of fast tight runs with each other and had alot of fun. Thats the point having fun in some imports gone sidewayz.

D1 Touge Runs

Proc had a team meet once again at the D1 Touge setup and it was a fun day. PEEWEE SHOOTER1 brought out the new 240sx track toy and boy did it rip, that thing had grip and could just pushg through the corners. Bram 3640 had his road worthy S13. That thing has been through better days but he put it to work and drove it home. TYMAN 195 had his track ready rotary FD and of coarse it ran well. He dowes have to rebuild every other time he runs it on the touge but atleast he knows it will have power when he needs it. It was a real fun day, did a photo shoot for the new video cover and everybody left in good shape. Thanks for the fun I think all our arms are tired from the wheels...
                                          TYMAN's FD

I love this guys S13 Pure JDM
PEEWEE SHOOTER1's track monster in action!
                                         Lining up for the run
Heres a few shots of the new 240sx Track monster PEEWEE SHOOTER1 built. Its funny how kids think he cant do graphics. Everything except RDS logo on wing is done himself.

Always gotta have the proper tow strap/ hook attached to a cushion bar when track sliding.
                                Peewee's nice carbon fiber.
